Your child's appointment time is reserved exclusively for your family. Families with a recurring weekly appointment are required to maintain at least two upcoming session reservations in advance to keep their recurring time. Sessions that have not been reserved in advance are not considered confirmed appointments, even if they fall during a student's usual weekly time. Recurring times without the required advance reservations may be released and made available to another student. PaymentSessions must be confirmed with one of the following before the scheduled appointment: reserved EMA funds, ESA/ClassWallet funding (where applicable), or direct payment.Late ArrivalsSessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Students arriving late are welcome to join, but sessions will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time.CancellationsPlease provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the tutor's discretion.Missed Sessions / No-ShowsIf a student does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the reserved session will be charged in full. Reserved EMA funds, ESA/ClassWallet funding, or other approved payment methods may be submitted because the appointment time was held exclusively for your child.Technical IssuesIf technical issues occur, every reasonable effort will be made to reconnect. Time lost due to issues on the family's end may not be able to be made up.CommunicationIf you are running late or having difficulty joining, please send a quick text as soon as possible.CourtesyEmergencies happen.
